'Hecons' Laboratory ovens are used in a variety of thermal processing applications including general lab & research work, component and stability testing, core hardening, drying glassware, and sterilizing.

Construction :
Double or Triple Walled construction with outer of Mild Steel duly Powder Coated and inner of M.S / S.S / Aluminium. Work space is insulated from the outer cabinet with high density mineral wool. Chamber access is via a single hinged Double Walled side door, providing full and easy access with heavy duty hinges & spring and roller type latch catch for locking device. Wire mesh trays for better air circulation are also provided.

Heating :
Heating is by 80/20 Nichrome wire with porcelain runner supports or S.S Tubular Air heaters or by Incoloy Tubular Heaters depending upon the working temperature requirements. Heater terminals are taken out for wiring thereby increasing the life of heaters and further avoiding the problem of burning of heater terminals & short circuiting of heater connections.

The 'Hecons' ovens are designed to provide extremely accurate temperature uniformity with no temperature overshoot.

Temp Range :
40 �C to 500 �C. Temp Control by Liquid expansion type capillary thermostat or Electronic digital display time proportional temp controller with an accuracy of +/- 1 �C for lower temperatures and +/- 3 �C at higher temperatures.

Available Working Chamber Sizes :
30 x 30 x 30 cms, 35 x 35 x 35 cms, 45 x 45 x 45 cms, 45 x 45 x 60 cms, 60 x 60 x 60 cms.

'Hecons' heavy duty ovens are more suitable for Industrial Laboratories for dry content analysis, preheating, dry sterilizing and glassware drying

Wire mesh trays for better air circulation are also provided.

Standard and custom designed 'Hecons' Vacuum Ovens are designed and built for leak tight high vacuum service. Our equipment is totally produced in-house - designed, engineered, fabricated, assembled, and tested to the highest standards.

Construction :
Stainless Steel working chamber capable of withstanding absolute vacuum is fitted in outer M.S cabinet which has a neat powder coating finish. The space between the outer and inner chamber is filled with glasswool insulation. Door with thick toughened glass gives excellent visibility in to the chamber and the same is sealed with easily replaceable Silicone/ Neoprene rubber gasket. Also provided with a Vacuum Gauge and Valve.

Heating :
: Heating by low wattage density heaters with proper insulations are clamped to the inner chamber.

For close control temp. accuracy and uniformity in the working chamber 'Hecons' provide Vacuum Ovens with advanced Oil heating method.

• Temperature upto 250 �C with an accuracy of +/- 1 �C.

The Hecons Autoclave is used by medical, clinical bacteriological & Research lab, dairies, pharmaceuticals, freezers plants, breweries, hotels, flight kitchens, stud farms, soft drink mfrs, etc. to sterilize instruments or equipment, or render them free of any living organisms.

Construction :
Inner & outer chamber stainless steel & all joints duly argon arc welded. Supplied with Pressure gauge, Flynuts, Flyscrews, cross pins, flange - stainless steel except Portable models. Safety Valve, Exhaust valve - manually operated - Brass CP. A pedal is provided for lifting the cover. Autoclaves can be provided with pressure switch and timer for fully automatic arrangement.

Heaters : Heaters - Industrial Heavy duty - easily replaceable from outside.

Hecons CFC free Eco friendly deep freezers are useful for storing blood components, vaccines, life science, biological and medical specimens, clinical samples and Industrial cold storage.

Construction :
Double walled Stainless steel interior with epoxy powder coated Mild Steel exterior. These units are so designed to maintain uniform temperatures and rapid temperature recovery when the door has been opened. Control Panel consisting of Digital Display Temp. Indicator-Cum-Controller with Audio Visual Alarm. Available in Vertical as well as Horizontal models.

Cooling :
By hermetically sealed Kirloskar / Tecumshah compressor coupled with air cooled condensing unit and accessories.

Temp Range : Ambient to -70 �C with thermostatic/digital indicating controller

Capacity : 170 ltrs, 265 ltrs, 425 ltrs, 650 ltrs.

These ovens are used for drying electrodes for working temp. up to 350 deg C

Hecons CFC free Eco friendly Environmental test chambers are used to ensure the reliability of industrial products, especially electrical & electronic components through tests such as prolonged thermal cycling and prolonged exposure to humidity. Controller with Dry bulb & Wet bulb principle (Direct %RH setting optional)

Cooling :
By hermetically sealed Kirloskar / Tecumshah compressor coupled with air cooled condensing unit and accessories.
