Construction :
Double walled Stainless steel interior with epoxy powder coated Mild Steel exterior. Glasswool / Puff Insulation is provided to prevent temperature loss. Full length inner plexi-glass door with chamber illumination for viewing sample and castor wheel arrangement for easy mobility. Temp Controlled by Digital Temp. Controller.

Cooling :
By hermetically sealed Kirloskar / Tecumshah compressor coupled with air cooled condensing unit and accessories.

Heating : By durable S.S Tubular Heaters.

Construction :
Double Walled construction with outer M.S with neat Epoxy powder coating and inner chamber of M.S / Aluminium / S.S. High density glasswool insulation is provided on all sides to prevent heat losses. The unit comes with a double door system with outer being a metallic door and inner being a full size acrylic / glass door facilitating to view samples without disturbing the inside temperature. Adjustable wire mesh trays are an added feature of the unit enabling better air circulation and a pin point +/- 0.5 �C accuracy.

Heating :
By high grade Nichrome wire which is designed specifically to work on black heat fitted with porcelain runner supports.

Double Decker type with Mild Steel base duly Epoxy powder coated with Cast Iron machined top plate leveled to a smooth finish. Hi-tech Insulation keeps the heat concentrated only on top.

Heaters : By high grade 80/20 Nichrome wire in coil form with ceramic beads and glass sleevings.

Maximum surface temp is 300 �C and temp control by Thermostat or 3- Heat Switch or energy regulator.

'Hecons' shaking water baths are used widely in routine and research laboratories for shaking tasks that demand exactly reproducible temperatures for incubations, fermentations, homogenizations, chemical and biochemical reactions, enzyme and tissue studies.

Construction :
Each bath consists of a heavily insulated stainless steel tank housed in a powder coated outer case. Motor with stirrer arrangement is also provided for better thermal circulation giving a +/- 0.5 �C accuracy. The bath is designed to provide the optimum working area for a large number of vessels whilst retaining a minimum footprint, for the most effective utilisation of bench space. The shaking mechanism is robust and reliable, for long term, steady shaking.

Temp Range : 5 �C above ambient to 99.9�C. and up to 300 �C for Oil Baths

Heating : By durable Immersion heaters and special type concealed heaters.

Temperature Upto 300�C With Energy Regulator
The Body of the mantle is spun without joint duly painted (one piece). The Mantles are flexible Glass Fabric provided in housing. Heating Mantle is lagged with special grade mineral wool. Each Mantle is fitted with 'ENERGY REGULAR' for maintaining temperature and with pilot lamp complete with 3 core wire and plug to work on 220 Volts. A.C.

'Hecons' Laboratory shakers are used to blend or agitate samples within flasks or tubes. Accurate temperature control facilitates to incubate, foster or retard reactions, or to maintain stasis. Shakers are supplied with constant or variable speed regulator, Digital RPM indicator cum Controller and are finished with neat powder coating finish.

Orbital Shaking Incubator with Heating & Cooling options can also be provided.
